HOW BETTER IS DIFFERENT

Often when companies fail to implement change it is because they have solved for only one aspect of their delivery organisation and/or at one level. Unfortunately, without a comprehensive end-to-end approach that progressively implements improvements as a series of incremental cross-functional slices, the system as a whole is not capable of withstanding the impulse to regress back to its previous state.

Sometimes these things are uncomfortable to confront but you have to be prepared to do hard things to make things better.
